I recently purchased a certified pre-owned 2000 Viggen with 24,500 miles. During my first oil change my mechanic informed me that 3 of the 4 wheels were bent. I had noticed a shimmy while driving which is why I had him inspect the wheels. I have contacted the dealer who basically told me it was my fault. When I purchased the vehicle the two passenger side wheels were marked by obvious curb damage. It was not bad and it was something I was willing to deal with.

For the 4,000 miles that I have owned the car I have driven it with extreme care and caution, especially over potholes, speed bumps and other obvious obstacles. (My girlfriend thinks I’m crazy when I drive 5mph and sideways over railroad tracks!!!) Because of this I have come to the conclusion that the wheels were bent when I purchased the vehicle.

I then decided to do some research only to find the information on the class action lawsuit. I have left my information with the claims administration but have not received a phone call or any other information. I called the Saab USA number who recommended I take up my complaint with the dealer, who has already basically said it was my fault. I’m not sure what to do!

Please HELP!!!!
