Help on filters

I have a 99 9-3 (185 hp) and I have done most of the basic maintenance (plugs, bled/changed brakes, drive belt, etc.) but I have been stumped as to where the cabin filter is? This is my first Saab--so everything has been new to this point (don't particularly care for the design of the fuel feed lines through the filter).
I have a manual temperature control in the cabin and thought that changing the filter is due. I ordered the ACC Cabin Filter from Part Bin---is this OK or is this only for ACC systems? If not, which is the right one to get? Are there other filters for the air system to change besides this one OR how many filters and location of them? Most importantly, if anyone can give me a basic procedure on how to get at and change this filter? I would appreciate any help on this.
Pretty good performance for stock and the lowest amount of HP made (my wife uses it for regular commutes). Pretty easy maintenance (except this filter part, with no good owner manual references) at 55K miles so far.
I think it a couple of years, I'll get her a newer model and start playing with the ECU, exhaust, etc. and take it out for some weekend drag.
THANKS
