Do you mean the 9-3Aero in Europe? I assume so. The Viggen rear swaybar is the same as the base. You have two aftermarket choices;
1) Abbott rear swaybar
2) SAS rear swaybar
I've had both of these. The Abbott one costs more, is certainly stiffer than stock but not too stiff to hurt comfort. It keeps the rear planted. It's the best one to put on a Viggen which already has pretty stiff rear springs.
The SAS one is cheap at $150. It's less refined looking than the Abbott but is certainly stiffer. It takes away from the refinement of the suspension and doesn't work as well with the Viggen but I've got it set up in my car now. I had to put the stock SE springs back in as the Viggen spring SAS combo resulted in some oversteer in bad weather.
On the track I'd say that the SAS bar is better but with any real roads that have bumps you'll get better handling from the Abbott bar. Abbott seems to have hit the nail on the head when it comes to improving handling without sacrificing ride.
Note that neither remove body roll, they just reduce it. The front can still pitch and dive, etc.
