It is actually a 2000, or it is another one-off car like my Silver '99. If this is a '99, I'm pretty sure that it is an ex-Flight Academy car. Make sure that before you take delivery, that the brake system is flushed thoroughly. This was the largest frustration with mine. It took months for me to sort the brake system out. Everything brake related except for the calipers and hoses have been replaced on mine (booster, Master Cyl., ABS pump, brake light switch, ABS lines, etc.) It's also been flushed several times to remove all of the moisture and air from the system. If it is truly a '99, the problems are worth it (what price can you put on a factory one-off car?). Other than my Silver car and this yellow one, there is also a black '99 out there somewhere.
BTW, does it have a sunroof? What color are the seats. Lastly what is the 10th digit in the VIN. This will confirm the year. If it is an X it is a '99; a Y it's an '00.
