The Viggen sedan list is $39k ish so $31k is $8k off, killer. You're not 'gonna get a Saab dealer to go even $800 off a 2003 9-3 (I'm not challenging anyone!) availibility is so limited right now, much less thousands and thousands and thousands off.
Can you handle the ride? That's the biggest drawback as I see it. While I like the look of the 9-3SS outside, I far prefer the traditional Saab interior with the sport seats. Viggen interiors smell wonderful too. Viggen performace is astounding! And you get the Flight Academy too.
Last chance to own the performance Saab of all time. That cuts both ways. Can you step up to an Aero? Do you need a car now? Vector pricing will come dangerously close to an Aero as unlike the 9-5 series, new 9-3 don't have the rate and incentives. Right now a 9-5 Linear can be had for less than a 9-3SS Linear.
