When the ECU sees the RPM's taking a hit from sudden alternator loads or A/C compressor loads, it opens the idle air control valve (IAC) to get the RPMs back on target. This sudden blip of power is felt throught the engine mounts. As this happens at around 900 RPM's the low frequency vibration is transmitteed easily into the chassis. If one has an automatic trany, things get worse and just vibration at idle in gear can be quite pronouced. All of this part of the design.
Don't worry about it. Such things are normal operation. You might not like it, but it is a machine.
