At this point in the warranty they are no obligated to do it. If a Saab dealer sold you the car and has a good service department that wants to earn your business I would go thru your sales guy and see what they can do. The service crews fight rattles all the time;) My dealer was nice enough to fix a rattle on my Viggen pro-bono after the 12 month/16,0000 mile adjustment time frame. Just depends on the dealer and the relationship you have with them.
