Saab doesn't do alignments, dealers do. Ask to speak to the sevice manager and request a refund. If you're civil and calm there shouldn't be a big problem, especially if you're a regular customer.
Did you request an alignment or did you simply state that the car pulled? Did the service advisor mention that an alignment might not cure the problem as there are many other factors that make a car pull one way or the other? A good service advisor would have included this advisory.
In general a good alignment shop works on all brands and is experienced in bending things. Ask the body shop who they recommend. Body shops often need suspension pieces slightly bent to return them to original spec. Dealers only want to replace parts and set to spec.
