If you do a search under "camber steer" you'll find a lot of info going back as far as 1999. I think the my99 is more prone to the problem. My car does the same and you'll see my posts. Mostly very negative comments from frustrated ex Saab owners . I learned how to leave with this since Saab USA, the regional rep and the dealer told me after having changed numerous parts including the steering rack that "nothing was wrong with the car".
I just basically hold the steering wheel with both hands and enjoy the boost.
