At 5C/40F any engine can make more power vs 20C/68F. If you had done a standing start, minus all the smoke & noise, then your intercooler should have been warm when you reached 60. Keep accelerating as you start the stopwatch when you pass thru 60. Let us know whether the time's different that way.
I don't know how accurate the speedometer is, but I guess yours was checked against a radar gun. Mfgs. get into more trouble for one that reads low, its OK for them to read a few % high.
The rest of the stuff was just some dumb ideas of what other variables were uncontrolled. Part of my engineering background is in measurement uncertainty. You can't take any measurement for granted.
