I too, bought my Saab at this place. Fortunatly, I havn't had the same magnitude of bad experience as you. When I got my 99 93 in June, I checked carfax, but since it was off lease and the owner brought it there each time, I was able to take a peek at the service records to verify everything was OK..plus looking it over myself.
However, I do question the ability of their service department. Brought mine in because it was vibrating at 60 mph or s...tires seemed out of balance to me. They balanced and sent me on my way. Didn't fix a thing. After about a month of driving like this and asking around here, I brought it back and told them to check the wheels to see if they were bent at all. One was bent, PLUS they said the wheels were slightly out of balance again (which THEY "fixed" a month before). I remember hitting a pothole pretty hard on our wonderful NH backroads, so I'm not blaming them for the wheel, but that was before the first balancing.
Of course, when I brought it back to tell them the vibration was still there, they acted like it was in my head, road noise, etc.
Not sure if there are any other places to bring it for maintainance, etc...anyone know of anywhere in the Amherst, NH area?
