The Viggen is a 9-3 and the 9-3 is a NG900, so I can look up the rear axle spec in my NG900 Haynes manual, which my wife put out of sight since yesterday! :(
The axle/hub is bolted to the axle fabrication. GM N-body shims are available to adjust the rear toe and camber, but that is nothing that I have ever done. You could probably cut your own from shim stock for fine tuning. If your tires are suffering, this sounds like a must-do.
You would do well to find an alignment place that will work with you to do this work. It could take a few hours to work things out and be prepared to spend perhaps $200 go get it right. The front camber can be adjusted to, with some filing at the top and by deforming the subframe brace with a hydraulic ram kit. So more than the front toe-in can be adjusted, just don't expect to get this done cheaply or by a dealer.
