There's a ton of bumper refinishing guys, AeroColours, Colors on Parade, Bumper Medic, just to name a few of the franchises. If it's just scratched and not ripped to shreds and no damage to the actual body, then these guys will fix you up for less than $200, which may be a lot lower than you deductible.
Otherwise just fix it and be done with it. When you turn the car in they will ask if you've had any body work done. No penalty for answering yes. It's just a disclosure. Bodywork, that even done correctly, seriously depreciates a car owned, has no effect on lease turn in. One of the bene's of a lease.
