well, we were without power for about two days, "borrowed" a generator from work to power half the house for about two days. Lots and lots of people without power here still, and it was pretty cold (for NC anyway, like 17 degrees) the last couple of nights. The outages are the worst ever for NC, even worse than when Hugo came thru. We had a little party Fri nite with a bunch of neighbors as we had the generator going, then about 8 PM the power came back on. Whoo hoo. I drank a bunch of beer, now drying out a little. Only have about 2 hrs more work in the back yard clearing limbs and stuff. Only a little damage to the house when an 8" oak limb glanced off the side of the house. Oh, and Jae, the 9-3 and the 9-5 are both capable in the snow, strangely enough the 9-5 does better with the half-worn OEM Michelins than the 9-3 did with those new Daytons. It was embarrassing driving on those on Wednesday, there I was in a "snow" car and all I could do was crawl at 20 - 25 mph while being passed by Taurus' and such. At least I didn't end up in a ditch. I wish things were better for us so I could ditch those things. At least it doesn't snow here all the time.
