Bill,
Enclosed is a quick and rough translation of two sections of the article-
Sorry, but it takes way to long to do the whole thing. Let me know if something does not make sense, as it might have gotten lost in the translation. Best regards,
Magnus
Summary of all cars:

New Saab Better
About ten years ago the new Saab 900, later called the 9-3 was presented
Throughout fall it received positive remarks, but it was not until the first winter test that it was shown that the car had almost no heat and that it was impossible to steer on slippery roads.
Saab had to put a lot of effort into correcting the heat and the chassis never really turned out well.
The new 9-3 is considerably better. Fun, fast and very precise on curvy roads. But the heating could be better. And where did the efficient light wipers go-which Saab once invented?
Saab 9-3 is an excellent winter car, but with a little extra adjustment it could be even better. The rear axle might have to be recalibrated to avoid unwanted rear slides, the noise level has to be reduced if it wants to call itself a premium car, and the heating system should, just like the Volvo S60, be made more efficient.
In all, the Volvo S60 is the best and most complete winter car. But for 50000 SKR [$5000+-] you get a Citroen C5 that can handle the cold, the slippery roads and the darkness just as well.

Summary of Saab, beneath the fact paragraph and picture:

NOT QUITE THE BEST. Saab 9-3 is a nice, safe and fun winter car with nice, entertaining drivability. But best? No, not quite. Neither heating, nor driving safety is in the top.
