'99 Viggen - front bumper skirt damage - help?

I just found out the hard way exactly how LOW the nose of my '99 Blue Viggen rides.
I parked it just a couple of inches too far into the space at the supermarket, and the bottom lip of the front skirt hooked over the concrete 'sleeper' you see in every parking space these days.
When I backed up, it ripped the bolt at the top right-hand corner of the bumper, inside the wheelarch.
As a result, the skirt has a tendency to slip off the wheelarch on the right-hand side. Has anyone had similar experiences? Were you able to fix it, or did you need a full replacement of the bumper/skirt? How much did it cost?
I can't believe I'm the first Viggen driver to experience this. American parking entrances, bumps and dips are definitely not designed with European sportscars in mind...
