Rear wiper adjustment?

An ice covered tree limb came crashing down on my beloved 9-3 SE today. It left a really nice long dent in the rear quarter panel. It also tore off my rear wiper (just the blade). I notice now that the arm is off by a notch or two. Can these be adjusted just like the front wipers? I didn't see an easy way for me to do that? I tried popping off the cover to reveal some kind of nut to losen, but I couldn't get the thing popped off.
Thanks,
Nemo
PS. Say a prayer to the nordic gods that the body shop won't screw up my perfect paint job.
