Is this my middle age crisis car?

OK, I've only driven two Viggens, but they made me feel like the little figure in the ads with the big smile holding the steering wheel. Took one out yesterday and spent about 30 minutes alarming the sales guy in the passenger seat....what fun, and the heated seats are wonderful! I've owned three ('80s) Saabs and am about to spend more than I've ever spent on a used car before...but I'm in lust with the idea of a Viggen.
Silver 2000, 39K miles, beautiful condition. The dealer that ordered it for the original owner has done all the scheduled maintenance and have all the records (I haven't looked at them to see what problems may have cropped up.) They will sell me the car - after some haggling - for $23,000. I've been looking at some of the classifieds here and can probably find a car for similar price with less miles - but this car is right here where I live, and they're harder than hen's teeth to find in this state. Should I be concerned about the mileage:$$ ratio? Is there anything I should look for in the service records? What do you Saab-o-philes think?
