Turbo Advance

Took the 99 9-3 in the other day and got a whole lotta stuff done...head gasket, water pump, tranny mounts and more. Got it back after service was closed and upon driving, found they had set my turbo back. It now only hits mid yellow. They addressed this before by setting it up and the car ran like a rocket. Since my time is limited and the dealer is a bit of a drive, is there any easy way to advance the turbo myself? I don't profess to be a mechanic by any means, and it's been quite a while since I've done any car work, but my understanding is that it takes five minutes and involves turning one adjustment screw. Anyone help? Thanx in advance.
