I accidentally took a chunk out of one of mine too. I took my wheels back to the dealer (to have them try to polish out some discolouration that was happening on the spokes), and when I got them back, the chunk was filled in. I did note that the finish wasn't nearly as brilliant as it one was, so I suspect that the nice finish of the OE wheels was removed, and a North American equivalent was applied instead. The OE finish on the Viggen wheels is applied outside of North America, since (I believe) that the EPA has banned it.
Are the scuff marks on all of the wheels? If so, you can try refinishing all of them, but I wouldn't expect the original look back. You can also try getting some touch-up paint from any auto dealer (look for silver cars on the lot that look like the finish on the wheels...I think the Saturn S-Series silver comes fairly close).
Good luck!
