Buy the one with no cat, because it is several hundred dollars cheaper. Then buy the 3" cat from Summitt Racing for $50 and take everything to an exhaust shop. They can weld on the cat and a spot for the second O2 for ~$50.
I ran without the cat for a while and it was way too loud. It ran fine with only one O2 sensor but you will get a CEL. I then had the second O2 sensor installed but without a cat I would get a CEL after a few dozen miles. Everything has been great now that the cat is installed.
