Just about any Goodyear shop should be able to do the "on the car" balancing for you.
I have had to have this done in the past on my Jeeps. Large bias ply tires on steel wheels makes for some interesting vibes on the road!!
Also, this would make it easier to notice a bent wheel.
Keep in mind also that most tire shop's tire balancers operate at slow speeds to balance (35mph or so). Look for a place that does "high speed balancing". It may be a little difficult to find but is well worth it and is usually about the same price.
