Anders, I was wondering about this too. Are these a type of "stretch" bolt which are supposed to deform when installed? If the new bolts tolerate so much less torque, it seems to me they should be replaced. I can't imagine Saab would issue a TSB saying to reuse weak bolts. So will new bolts only repeat this stretching/loosening process & require another round of tightening?
Also, do you have any idea about how it would affect my warranty if I did this job myself, after my dealer refused?
