Hi
same thing happened to me last year, same window to, my insurance co have an agreement with a large autoglass firm who did replaced it, a dealer would often call in the same people to do the work so there is probably no reason to insist on a dealer repair, BUT and its a big BUT check the following:
Make sure they use the correct glass, it must be the SAAB type with the heat/sun "screen"
Make sure they check to see if the door was damaged, the **** who broke mine first tried to leaver the lock through the door seal and bent the outer door skin, result is the door now leaks slightly.
Also remember to get the window re-etched with your security number, (if you have that)
Hopefully the deadlocks stopped you loosing too much stuff, I lost a laptop and digital camera (my fault I guess)
take care
Mark
