issue with saab

hi. i have a 1999 9.3 se with 60k on it. durring cold weather the car makes very loud crunching/creaking noises when going over bumps. this has gone on for 2 years now in cold weather. last year, while still under warranty, i brought the car to the dealership on 4 different occasions for this problem to be fixed. on each occasion they 'couldn't reproduce noise'. spring came, weather got warmer and i gave up until winter. it finally gets cold again and now that the car is out of warranty, they find i need new struts, which were replaced within the last 26,000 miles about 15 months ago, and swaybar bushings and links to the grand total of about $1,500.00. i brought the issue to saab usa, who proptly declined my claim because i only brought the car to the dealer for warranty work. I have been plauged by poor service from the dealer so I performed oil changes, brake jobs and other light servicing myself, and purchased tires from tire rack. do i have any leg to stand on claiming this should have been fixed when the car was under warranty since i have been documented complaining of this since then? i understand things break, but new struts every 26k seems a little excessive. i could live with paying for a portion of the repair cost, as it is out of warranty. i just feel i am being punished for the ineptness of the dealer in diagnosing the problem in the first place. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.....Thanks
