As a long time backyard tinkerer/shade tree mechanic and someone who used to take stuff apart for fun I don't think you have much to worry about minus any other overt signs...no strange noises on acceleration? Deceleration? Best case is nothing at all happens...most likely the worse thing you'll face is shortened long-term engine life.
I wouldn't do that very often, though. I had to go about the same mileage on my 9-3 coupe after shipment overseas and a new job (no time). The car now has 61,000 on it and doesn't use a drop of oil. It's changed religiously now as is my 02 CV...
Personally, I think your dealer is trying to fleece you, but.... I wouldn't worry too much about it absent other symptoms. If cars self- destructed at every missed oil change or two, most cars on the road...wouldn't be! But again, you're playing a losing hand by skipping changes. My two cents.
