If you need them to be cosmetically perfect, you have to send it to some kind of wheel repair place, or get a new one.
The bare aluminum will corrode, the paint will start to peel. If the mark isn't too obnoxious, clean it really good & cover it up with clearcoat. Like the DupliColor stuff in the nailpolish bottle. Won't be invisible, but it won't get worse, either.
TheSaabSite.com shows some kind of wheel paint in a spray can. I've never used it...
