I havent done the brakes on a Saab, but on another car, I bled the brakes (as you did) and got sponginess. To my surprise, there was a SECOND BLEEDER TIT (one up front and one behind the hose going to the brake assembly) which I had not bled. bleeding this other outlet fixed the problem. OR are you sure the Brake fluid was new and that there was no water in the system? water compresses, but brake fluid doesnt [thats why we use it for hydraulics]. Good luck
