Just ask 'em to rebalance the wheels, just had it done on my leftover '01 with 9700 miles, but the better half just bought it for us with almost 8000 on the clock. Also, and this is the tricky part, I asked 'em to check the alignment, cuz it seemed prone to pull right ever so slightly. The technician said it was only ever so slightly off, but it was "beyond" the mileage thresh-hold for a warrantied adjustment. I didn't ask what the thresh-hold was/is, but because they sold it as new, they took care of it. Also, the right rear tire had uneven wear on the outer shoulder, I'm speculating they rotated the tires after having it a year.
Anyway, just something to chew on, should you think your new unit isn't tracking quite straight (I'd add something here about my old unit, but this is a family board!)
