I had to read my wife's Odessey manual to figure out how to program the homelink sender for a garage door with revolving codes. If you have this type of door it takes 2 people one pressing the button in the car and one pressing the button on the door opener motor.
As far as your suspension upgrade the dealer I bought my car from International in VA) claims there is no different between stock and the "upgrade" other than the wheels and tires. Obviously, there are people on this board that disagree with him.
The software upgrade improves the radio a little. This should be automatically done at your 30 day check. Also get them to change your lights then (off, city lights, full on--fogs work in all positions except off).
