Bob @ Swedish Auto on Clarke Drive is a good indy but he does not accept customer supplied parts. He only uses Quaker Synthetic if there is such an oil.
I service my 95 @ Morrey and they charge $60 for labour, filter, gasket and taxes - I supplied the M1.
BTW, if you are in Vancouver, you should consider joining the local Saab Club - we have about 35-40 members in BC and Alberta and would definitely like to have a Viggen in the fold.
