OK help me (and hppypaul) understand what horrible things a brushless car wash is going to do to the car. I can somewhat understand not wanting to subject ragtop to that sort of typhoon water blast. But what about sedans?
When I was young & unbusy I washed my cars by hand every wk. At this pt in my life it's about 50/50 in summer and rarely in winter. In winter, I figure I doing the car a favor by getting that salt off, especially with the undercarriage flush of the car wash.
What's your understanding? Is it damaging to the paint, weatherstripping, or what?
