You can put an aftermarket sunroof into most any car. The two big OEM companies, Webasto-Hollandia and ASC (American Sunroof Corporation), both make some very nice aftermarket models, at least as good as the factory sunroof. Saab's factory sunroof is a Webasto-Hollandia. Fully electric models that slide into the roof top out at about $1000, including installation, but you can get spoiler-type or manual ones much cheaper. Check the yellow pages, and the two companies' websites, for dealers and model info. I'd imagine you have dealers for both brands in your area. I haven't had one installed myself, but I seriously considered it a couple of years ago, and got all sorts of information on them. I ended up buying a new car instead. There aren't any aftermarket CD changers that are compatible with your car, unless you want to go with an FM-modulated type.
