2000 9-3 dead again!

Went to start up after refueling, and no go! The turbo gauge is stuck at about the 1/3 point, and I can smell a cooked component like a capacitor or resistor or something. Engine turns over but won't start.
With 61,000 miles on it, this is the 4th breakdown requiring a tow. I'm so pissed! After I get it fixed I'm selling it. I will NEVER buy another SAAB! Here's a list of all the problems I've had;
> Radio problems - finally fixed under warranty.
> Turbo charger replaced - under warranty.
> Air conditioner compressor - replaced under warranty
> Clutch failure - master cylinder replaced under warranty
> 2nd clutch failure (couldn't engage gears) - out of warranty, problem mysteriously disappeared
> Rain water dripping inside car on driver's side - out of warranty, not repaired yet
> LED dash display has missing segments - out of warranty, not repaired yet
> No air output on driver side vent - out of warranty, not repaired yet
> Car won't start - out of warranty, car sitting dead in my driveway
I think that's it.. isn't this enough!? The worst part is that several of these failures have left me stranded somewhere, requiring a tow! Sometimes I've been able to limp home if I'm lucky! I think SAAB owes me either a replacement car, or an extended warranty.
Who at SAAB should I contact with my complaints? Will anyone listen, or will my complaints fall on deaf ears? Has anyone had success in dealing with SAAB in situations like this? What was the outcome?
Thanks,
Dan
