Now connect hose from BPC outlet to the wastegate actuator. Now do the adjustments."
That hose is something that you need to supply, but perhaps one came with your MBC.
Thats it, read again. Maybe you need to be looking at things or doing them at the time. I can't tell you anything about the MBC that you have, if it does not ID the inlet and outlet there is a problem. Some MBC's come with an-line bleed orifice in the outlet hose... that is the outlet hose. Some outlet hoses are too small for the wastegate actuator hose barb. Just remember that air comes from the turbo compressor hose barb to the MBC and then goes to the actuator. All of the other details are to leave the BPC in a preserved state. It is really all very simple when you become familiar with things.
For other readers, you cannot increase the boost pressure on T7 models. The T7 is fitted to all 2000+ production and 1999 Viggens I believe. So if you have the T7, you can't increase boost pressure this way.
