With Turbo charged engines you would be better off not to play with the red line/cuttoff. Turbos/Supercharging can lead to pre-detonation at high RPMs, which is why boosted engines typically have a low compression ratios compared to normally aspirated engines. The result of pre-detonation can be catastophic, essentially pushing the crank shaft in two directions at once! Caa-Pow!!! You would be in the market for a new engine rather quickly. Instead, try higher octane fuel, the T7 ECU should adjust the red line up some.
