Need Tires Pronto!

I've searched the 9-3 BB for information and I'm left with more questions than answers. I'm looking for a recommendation for new tires on a 2000 9-3 that currently has Michelin 195 60R15's. The right front tire is suddenly leaking badly and she needs new tires. I prefer all season.
The one comment I had from a buddy was the existing tires looked small in the wheel wells. The car has not beed modified to my knowledge.
Am I stuck with the same size tire or can I move up to 17's w/o replacing the rims? What would you suggest? I looked on tirerack.com and the auto-configurator tells me to get the same size. I had planned to research this via the board more thoroughly, but now I'm forced to make a decision in the morning.
Help anyone?
