'99 9-3 DI Cassette Replacement???

I have a '99 9-3 base that has 65.5K on the clock, and it left my wife and I (and our 4 month-old son) stranded at church Easter Sunday morning. It wouldn't start. Had it towed to the local Saab dealer (second time the car has left me stranded in the last 4 months).
Turns out it was the DI cassette. As part of that service they also changed the spark plugs. I got the car back from the shop yesterday, and while driving home I noticed that the car was running really rough at idle, much less smooth than before.
First of all, has anyone else experienced problems with the DI cassette? Also, any ideas why the car is running worse after getting these new parts? My guess is they didn't gap the plugs, but just slapped them in there.
I was running NGK BCPR7ES-11s, which is a slightly hotter plug...the 6ES-11's were supposed to be standard, but now the NGK website lists the 7's as standard.
Anyway, any thoughts you all have on this would be appreciated. I have a call in to the dealer to get a read on exactly which plugs they put in the car.
