KIC brace installed, effect of poly bushings?

Installed the KIC steering rack clamp and brace a week ago, and bottom line, it's just as good as everyone said it would be. Apart from less torque steer, I'm very impressed with the handling - much better feed-back and turn in, and the car just takes a much better set in corners. Noticeably less adjusting of the wheel to hold a line.
So now I'm hooked and thinking about poly bushings. Can anyone give me a sense of how much they increase noise, vibration, harshness? I know my question is pretty subjective, but I live in Boston, so I have to keep things fairly compliant. As for the ride, it seems to me things shouldn't be much worse if I keep the stock springs and shocks - is that right? Also, I don't think I want to do the bushings myself. What's typical labor time to change all 3 on both sides? Thanks in advance for any help.
