Clean the TB and perhaps the IAC.
Plugs gapped to .039". They are around .043 in the box. Gap to .035" for longer in-gap service life.
how many miles?
Hard starting sometimes occurs after the fuel filter is changed (which is good for over 100,000 miles usually), when this occurs it is found that the fuel pressure regulator is bad and a new one fixes things up. It is spectulated that dirt gets into the regulator. So the fuel filter change needs precautions to keep the outgoing line sanitary. But we really don't know what goes wrong with the FPR.
