Car is a 03 linear with all the stuff, 2600 miles. I'm getting a knocking sound from the right rear when the car is going up an un even surface such as my drive way. When I go up it, I go in at an angle so as not to grind the nose and I can hear a knocking/banging from the right rear.Anyone have any ideas?? I'm taking the car to the dealer on Monday. I've checked the exhaust and it seems tight as does the brake caliper. I'm thinking either a loose suspension bit or a loose or bad strut. I have to say so far as much as I like the car it's had WAY to many little issues. Fact is I've never owned a car where I've been to the dealer with so many little things that have gone wrong. So far I've had the SID tell me Gear Box Failure.. but it was OK. Then last week The SID told me Imobilizer Malfuntion but it was OK except the passenger side window wouldn't work nor the door lock and the light that illuminates the ground when the door is open would'nt go out.. 4 hours at the dealer to get that one straightened out. The radio does the popping sound. No On Star yet that'll be another trip. The leather on the drivers seat is starting to show signs of wear sort of tearing, the dealer of course will take care of it but still another trip to the dealer. The aligment was off took two trips to get that right. And now this knocking noise which I KNOW ain't a good thing. This is my first Saab I love it's looks, the way it drives, gas milage , performance comfort. But if this S**T continues it will absoluty be last. I simply do not have the time to keep going to the dealer every week for some new glitch. If Saab wants to grow they have to build cars that are fundamentally trouble free. All the Japanese Companies do. Hell I've even owned 2 Fords that never saw the dealer except for oil changes. Even had a Chrysler that was almost trouble free :-) Rant off...
