Hi all,
Had a knocking in my front right suspension in March(1 month after pick-up date) called my dealer and they said that they would order the parts and call me back to schedule service. Well I waited 3 weeks for them to call and when I called them they said to just bring it in and they "would try to fix it with what they had there!" so I brought it in finally on the 26th and they fixed it or so they thought. They didn't even replace any parts just repositioned the struts. Then 2 weeks later the noise was back. I called and tried to schedule an appointment and they said not to bring it in until they could be sure that they could fix it. So it's been a month of riding with a crapped up suspension. I am looking for some advice if I should put my foot down or not and demand another car as a loaner while they figure out how to fix my car. I can't see why I have to drive around a broken band new car and still pay my full car payment every month. It also seems to me that by telling me not to bring the car in that they are trying to skate around the lemon laws and possibly havging to give me a new car. Can anyone lend some advice about what the next step I should take?
