Where go for Saab complaint?

In a recent post someone mentioned that if a person continues to have problems that they should contact Saab. Is there a particular person/department/etc. that a complaint should be sent to? Generally speaking, are they pretty responsive to the complaints? We're just getting very frustrated because we have plenty of friends who own Saabs that run great (one is almost to 250K miles), but ours seems to be a lemon that the dealer/Saab just keeps brushing off. Most recently it shuts itself off everytime you start it and then try to reverse, and all the dealer said was that it was a "quirk" and that we're somehow supposed to ignore it. The dealer also said the same thing about it just shutting off WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY (twice), having to have the sparkplugs replaced at 15K miles, the SID replaced 5 separate times, the throttle body twice, a horrendous crunching noise coming from the suspension whenever it's cold (which never was fixed), a broken water pump, broken temp sensor, and the alarm continuously setting itself off when no one was around (which it still does at least 1x per week). Our warranty is almost up and I'm wondering what options we have... If we've had this many problems and the car isn't even 3 years old, I can't imagine what we'll encounter if it makes it to 4 or 5 years!
