Concrete highway expansion joints can be brutal. Whomp! Whomp! Whomp!
That plus the overall jiggly-ness of the chassis (every bump reverberates through the chassis and in the steering) and the extent to which large bumps unsettle the car makes the Viggen a little harder to enjoy while cruising.
The great seats make up for the rough ride a bit, but the car requires your constant hands-on attention on the highway.
Passing power on the highway is terrific.
