Suspension Problems - Right Front Wheel

I have a '99 9-3 with 80,000 miles. My car was involved in an accident where the left front bumper was hit (total impact of about 45 mph). This ended up in frame damage to the car. Since I got it back from the body shop, I have noticed that the right front of the car, specifically the right wheel seems stiffer than the left side. When I hit a bump on the right side it seems to really jar the entire car, and hitting the bump is extremely obvious on that right side. In addition, I sometimes feel the that the right wheel seems loose, more play with that side of the wheel like it does not grip the road as well. Overall it is hard to explain, but I do notice a difference in the front right wheel. When driving at higher speeds, I do not get a shake in the steering wheel, so I don't think it is an alignment issue. The tires are at the correct pressure and are balanced.
Is this a stut that is going on the right side? Or is it bushings, control arm? It seems odd that all of a sudden I am having this problem with the suspension when it was not this way prior to the accident or before the car was left at the body shop. The damage to the car was also on the left side, not the right? I am not familiar with the other suspension components, so I can't think of anything else. Any additional ideas would be appreciated.
