I have the impression that there are three possible Tech II settings for the DRL on a 9-3 ('99 in my case). The first is the standard DRL. The second has been discussed a lot here, and it turns off the headlights in the 0 and 1 positions but leaves the parking lights on. What about the third?
In particular, here's what I'd like...is it possible with any combination of Tech II setting and fuse 15?
0: parking and 5W on when engine running (like DRLs on other cars)
1: parking lights only (like standard parking lights)
2: all lights, including headlights, on.
I don't care about not being able to use foglights outside of pos. 2. It sounds like I could get pretty close with the well-known alternative Tech II setting and leaving fuse 15 in, but I'm curious as to what the other option is.
