I did notice something else that might be of help. If the key isn't in the ignition the hazard lights will blink like they're suppose to (keeping in mind that they should be blinking at all because the button is off), if I put the keys in the ignition and turn to the ON position the hazards will blink once normally, then really fast about three times, than a half times and then normal again only to repeat this at different times. If I start the car than the lights will go back to normal blinking as if the hazards were on.
I since pulled fuse #35 again which will turn these and my turn signals off. I still surprised the SID is showing normal, even when I start it without the fuse.
I've made an appointment with my dealer, International SAAB of Falls Church, VA. They can't get me in util Thursday, I'm only hoping this isn't the begging of something worse :~(.
