How long since your brake/clutch fluid was changed? Maybe bleed your clutch to see if it improves. Is your brake fluid level dropping? Is it leaking out anywhere?
If the clutch master cylinder leaks past the shaft seal, you'll get brake fluid around that shaft in the footwell. Sometimes it soaks into the padding underneath the carpet so you have to look for it.
If the clutch master leaks past the piston seal, then it doesn't leak OUT, it just leaks back into the reservoir. But if you hold the clutch disengaged, it'll slowly engage itself. Does this happen? If the same thing happens to the brake master, your pedal will slowly sink to the floor while you press lightly on it, say at a long stoplight...
