If its really 1/16" per side, that is 1/8" total. No point in turning those. Try measuring that ridge. Part of the ridge height may be rust. This type of wear pattern is very typical, not a problem. You can get new front rotors for around $50 plus shipping, which may be free at eeuroparts.com. Tirerack and genuinesaab.com have the EBC pads.
If the pads have life left in them, I suggest leaving them in use longer and doing the pads and rotors in the fall. The main issue for many who do their own work of this kind is not having to do this in the winter. So the fall is a good time to fix what might need to be fixed if your climate requires that. Make sure that you know how to bed-in the EBC pads!
Search the NG900 BB for drs<underscore>install for brake work posts. Some fasteners head styles may have changed.
