How even is the wear inside VS outside. You can have lots of camber and zero cross camber.. goes straight down the road. However I can't see how you would get more camber if you tried. I assume that the camber and toe-in have been checked. I like almost zero toe-in and I set that myself.
Once cupping starts, it seems to be self re-enforcing and nothing can be done.
I assume that you have lots of tread life left. I have that problem with P-zero's. They were out of round and when they age harded I had to toss them with lots of tread. They were noisy as well as bumpy. Have you checked the run out of the wheels and tread. Jack up a wheel till it just clears the pavement os it just scuffs the pavement at it highest spot(s). Then rotate and eyeball the daylight to get the lowest spot. Get some various pieces of chipboard and see what it takes to fill that gap and measure the pieces with vernier calipers. I also have a dial indicator with a magnetic base. Stick that on a old brake rotor and measure from there.
